- This episode is based on a special holiday-themed issue of the "Batman Adventures" comic book, a title based on Batman: TAS. The episode dramatized all but one story featured in the comic book, one that involved Mr. Freeze. Since the animated series had wrapped up the Mr. Freeze storyline involving his wife in the movie Subzero, the story was left out of this episode. edit »
