I just watched the episode "Chemistry" again and at the end, we see Poison Ivy hit by a wave as the cruise ship sinks. After that episode, Ivy has no more appearances in Gotham Knights or even Batman Beyon d as far as I know. If I had to take a guess, I'd say she died. Anyone disagree?

I wondered if she was still alive at the end of "Chemistry" too, and it depends on when the Static Shock episode, "Hard as Nails" takes place. In said episode,

SPOILER

Harley and Ivy attempt to recruit one of Static's friends, leading Batman to drop by and help Static defeat them. The episode is written by Paul Dini. It's one of his weaker scripts, but the Static vs. Harley fight is nothing short of hilarious.

END SPOILERS

Also, in the Justice League episode "A Better World part 2", Ivy's counterpart in the Justice Lords' universe bumps into the Flash. I know that dimension is completely separate from the DCAU, but if Ivy is alive there (several years after the events of "Chemistry") she could still be alive in the DCAU.

Oh yeah, and when does Gotham Girls take place? Before, after or during TNBA?

I doubt she's dead. A lot of the villains face fates like that, where it seems as if they were killed. Same thing happened to Freeze, Joker, Harley (although she was shown to still be alive) etc..

Joker is really dead, and it was never supposed that Freeze has died...in Cold Comfort he escaped from his suit and return in BB episode Meltdown, and there he dies

What is the Static Shock episode called if you know. I'm just curious. And also, you're right, Gotham Girls takes place after TNAS.

Joker wasn't really dead. At least not until the Return Of The Joker. He left a flower in Harley's room after he was knocked off of the train. And in Freeze's case, I meant strictly up until the point where he was shown to have escaped his suit. It looked as if he were dead, then they showed us otherwise. Same for Joker

Yeah, sorry. I got it all wrong. But there was no prove that Ivy has survived

Gotham Girls and Justice League?
Well, I don't know if Gotham Girls fits into the continuity at all...

The Justice League however, it depends. The only time I can remember seeing Poison Ivy was in the alternate universe (where they were dictators), so that wouldn't really apply for our Batman's world. Unless, Superman killing Luthor (in the alternate universe) occurred after "Chemistry" in which case, it would fit anyway

This is all quite moot if Poison Ivy appeared on another occasion (non-alternate universe related) in Justice League

Guys, dimensional travel occurs between two different places of the same time period. (at least, that's the only way it makes sense)

The Static Shock episode "Hard as Nails", if nothing else, proves that Ivy survived.

I changed the namne of the topic because I just watched "Love is a Croc" (again) and am assuming that Croc is dead. He doesn't appear in any other media with the same continuality as far as I know and no one could survive pressure and heat at the magnitiude of the water he was sprayed with.
