I have to say, that was always fun to watch. Today's shows have people doing things that are much more dangerous, and frankly just disgusting and pointless to me, but trying to see if actors, who aren't used to doing stuff like this, could swing on a rope over a pool, or race somebody through a set of tires on the ground, was very charming back then.
