Goof: Civilian authorities appear to overly involved--Council security guarding him (despite apparently being on the Galactica), a civilian prosecutor ("opposer"). Yet in Greetings from Earth (1), it is made clear that civilian ("Council") authorities do not have jurisdiction over military personnel.
