President Clinton is coming to Highland High. Mcvicker will do anything to keep Beavis and Butt-Head away from the president. So, he gives them a pass to stay away from school and $50. They decide to stay at school and show everyone their pass. The president comes, and then Mcvicker finds out Beavis and Butt-Head are still there. He runs to find them, but the security guards take him down. Beavis and Butt-Head are awarded students of the year.
