Notes

This was the final appearance with Mr. Stevenson as a teacher. (edit)
This episode would air again three months later as the first ever, "Butt Bowl." These were new episodes (with the exception of BBI) that would appear during halftime of the Super Bowl. (edit)
This episode aired in two parts. (edit)
This episode was completed before the "fire" controversy that forced the network to tone down the show. Here's why: In the TV version, Butt-head asks Clinton to "invade some country" and then the scene switches to a wide shot. On the video release "Law-Abiding Citizens" the line was "invade some country and set it on fire", followed by an agreement response by Beavis, which was sure to have ended with the catchphrase "fire, fire, fire" before it switched to the wide shot, which it did before Beavis had his chance at the F-word. I guess MTV has different editors in the TV and video release department.

Further note: McVicker's line "Miss Tress ... bring me a new pair of pants" (followed by a "to be continued" caption) was also removed from the video release to smooth out the transition from shot to shot. (edit)

Butt-Head: Wow. Are you, like, MacGyver or something?
MacGyver was a series in the late 80's which featured a lot of DIY-gadgets made by the hero. Still, it's a long shot to mistake a Secret Service operative for MacGyver. (edit)
