Betterman, still fighting the Behemoth, was able to defeat it when he transforms into Forte. This gave the Akamatsu team the chance to get away from the Ajanta caves but the trip took its toll on Sakura. She wakes up and Keita was next to her. A nurse came and says that she needs to do more tests on Sakura. Before they left Sakura made Keita promise that he won't leave without her.

Waiting in the room, Keita decides to go to the bathroom. He walks in the hallway but ends up going into the wrong room. In the room he finds a jar full of nails and suddenly a nurse with razorsharp nails attacks Keita. Keita gets away and heads toward Sakura. He was able to save Sakura and they try to escape. On their way they see Hinoki but she has cuts all over her back and she collapses. Apparently, the nurse's nails are filled with poison.
