Just watching some of these episodes on SoapNet and am kind of shocked at some of the decisions that are made by some of the characters, particularly in later seasons. Case in point: Donna taking her activist stance against Steve's father's sweatshop. While nobody finds sweatshops defensible, how many of you would take the same actions Donna did if one of your friends' fathers was engaged in something like this?
Also, when Brandon discovers that David's music career is taking off because his record label rep is paying deejays to play his song...what kind of friend would rain on your parade like that? And also, how does David, who was working in a CAR WASH, decide to throw it all away because...he didn't come by his success honestly?!?
I understand this stuff less and less the more I see it. That, of course, says nothing of Kelly snatching Dylan away from Brenda while she was overseas.
