Samantha: (to chimp Darrin) What did she do to you?
Aunt Clara: (muddled, to Samantha) Well, the cap was too small and I made it the right size, but got it on the wrong head. (edit) Gladys: Abner, I whipped up a bottle of my icebox cookies. Now I’m going over and give some to Mr. and Mrs. Stephens.
Abner: Why do you want to inflict suffering on such a nice couple? (edit) Aunt Clara: (Sam just told her about her pregnancy) I’ll be a great-aunt.
Samantha: You’ve always been a great aunt. (edit)

A mirror hangs on the wall where the extra hall closet was in later episodes of the show. (edit) Normally a spell can get nullified only by the person who initially cast the spell. In this episode it became possible for Samantha to nullify Clara’s spell and turn the chimp back to Darrin. For she learned the exact words of Clara’s spell. When they were ready Clara, made a final try, but turned Darrin, still a chimp, into a sea-dog. But without getting the second formula, Samantha turned Darrin back from a sea-dog directly to the human. (edit)
