Darrin: (Nervous, pleased) You mean … I’m … I’m the father of a girl?

Darrin: Endora, I don’t know what to do first, to hug you or offer you a cigar.
Endora: There's no other choice?

Darrin: … I’ll call them later.
Samantha: How about Derek?
Darrin: I’ll call him too. … Do we know a Derek?
Samantha: Not yet. I thought it might be a nice name if it’s a boy.
Darrin: If you don’t hurry, we may end up calling the baby “Freeway”, because that’s where it’s going to be born.

The real name of Samantha's daughter is Tabatha and was credited correctly until someone with spelling impairment started typing Tabitha. In all languages where that name exists it is spelled either Tabatha or Tabata. In Italy she was always called Tabata. (edit) Tabitha is actually credited at the end of the episode as Tabatha.
