Help, Help, Don't Save MeEpisode Number: 5 Season Num: 1 First Aired: October 15, 1964 Prod Code: 3914 |
Darrin is thrown in for a loop trying to find a perfect slogan for the Caldwell Soup account. Samantha gives him spectacular ideas, and Darrin accuses her of using witchcraft and submits his own ideas. Caldwell rejects his ideas and Darrin accuses Sam for using witchcraft to influence Caldwell's decision. Samantha packs up her stuff and threatens to separate and Darrin is totally crushed. Darrin then submits Samantha's ideas to Larry, who thinks that they are great. Darrin soon realizes that Samantha had nothing at all to do with what has happened with Caldwell and they make up. As they make up, Samantha says that no can of soup should come between them, and Darrin thinks that that is a spectacular slogan for Caldwell Soups.

Samantha: It's ridiculous that something like a can of soup could ever come between us.
Darrin: And nothing ever will again.
(edit) Larry: You look terrible. What’s happened?
Darrin: Nothing much. I just lost the Caldwell account and my wife all in one week.
Larry: What? That’s horrible.
Darrin: I know, I can’t believe it.
Larry: Your wife too, huh? (edit) Endora: To err is human, to forgive divine.
Samantha: Exactly.
Endora: When you’re up to here (raises her hand horizontally above her own head) in err, and you’ve changed into one huge lump of divine, don’t say I didn’t warn you. (edit) Samantha: (referring to the horse yoke that Endora made appear around Samantha’s neck): What’s this supposed to mean?
Endora: Well, you enjoy working like a horse. I thought you might enjoy looking like one. (edit)
