Samantha turns back time in episode #17, but this is the very first time travel episode for Bewitched, a plot device used numerous times later, as well as on other fantasy TV shows, such as Dark Shadows and I Dream of Jeannie. (I Dream of Jeannie beat Bewitched to the punch with a 1965 episode in which Tony and Jeannie return to ancient Babylon.)
