In the first round of the beyblade world championships against Demolition Boys, Kai the trusted blader of bladebreakers loses his Dranzer and a point to the opposing team. Now the real pressure is on Ray. If he loses his 2 rounds of battle to Brian, then its the end of Bladebreakers and the entire world. In the first round, Brian welcomes Ray with heavy piece of the stadium directly to his stomach. Ray loses his first battle to Brian. However, in the second battle, Brian unleashes his Phalborg and Ray battles with an opponent who has trained his blade attack a blade as well as the blader. Ray's clothes are torn apart from the wind coming from Brian's blade. He wins at last, but faints since he used up all his energy in the second battle. In the third battle, Brian was really angry with Ray for snatching his victory. He uses all his might and full power of his bit-beast and sends Ray into a condition which no one could excpect to go. But the mighty Driger senses Ray's trouble and Unleashes a mighty Tiger Claw attack to Phalborg that the impact sent Phalborg out of the Beystadium as well as shattering into pieces and Brian fainting down. He leads Bladebreakers into a stunning victory but faints on the floor then and there. Thus Ray Kon ties up the scores of Demolition Boys and Bladebreakers!
