The episode starts with Kenny having a bad dream about the football dude from the BBA. He wakes up and finds an email from Mr. Dickinson saying that they are to follow his directions to a training camp for them. They drive out to the "training camp" and find that nothing is there, but an old cabin and nature. Everyone wonders why Mr. Dickinson sent them there. A boy named Antonio arrives and tells them that he's the best blader where he lives, but they soon find out that he kind of sucks. He takes them on many training courses, but things don't go so well. Meanwhile, Ray and Kenny find a room with stuff for them to fix Ray's beyblade with so that it'll stand a chance against the BBA team. That night, Kai figures out a way to get everyone to practice better, so he teaches Antonio some moves to beat Tyson in a battle. The next morning, Tyson and Antonio battle and Tyson gets whooped. Tyson remembers how much he practiced in the past and how it improved his blade so much. Now that everyone is motivated properly they begin the real training. The next morning Ray gets his blade fixed properly and feels that nothing can beat his Driger now. Everyone feels that they have improved and Antonio hopes to see them at the tournament. They leave the camp ready for the tournament.
