Bill was born on March 28th 1984 in Vancouver ,Canada. He started acting when he played a role on the Tv movie The Right Connections in 1997. He is known for his role as the lead character Mitchell Taylor on the tv series "Eerie, Indiana: The Other Dimension."
Since then he has been in several movies and on TV shows as a guest star. The last time he has done a lot of voicework on animated series.

In 2000 Bill won an YOUNG ARTIST AWARD for "Best Performance in a TV Movie or Pilot: Supporting Young Actor," for his role in Locked in Silence.
