Culhane has his work cut out for him. A man who was declared legally dead during the Civil War, has suddenly appeared and is town to pick up where he left off. Only he discovers his wife has remarried and has all his possessions. He hires Clay to locate a legal document which will restore all rights to his possessions and his wife.
