At first he laughed because he thought it was all a game. When he saw that the blood was real, he stopped laughing, but the smile remained frozen on his face. Renaming himself GANGSTER PRANKSTER, he seeks to avenge his parents' death by battling the police. Brought back from the dead by the mad but not evil scientist, Dr. Phoenix, Gangster Prankster tries to eliminate the City of Angels' police force by releasing tons of laughing gas into the air.
