Ben is coaching a school swimming team and is surprised when one of the girls, Chloe, develops a crush on him. That night he drives her home so she doesn't have to walk and she throws herself at him. He resists her but when he arrives back at the station - her mother Maria is filing a sexual assault charge against him.
Chloe says she had to fight Ben off but he had his way with her. Although the Heelers are on Ben's side, they have to uphold the law and the situation doesn't look good. Inspector Falcon-Price is called in and is not happy to have another sex scandal among the police, he doesn't want this to have to go as far as the higher police, including Draper. He suggests they find some dirt on Chloe but Tess refuses. PJ, Jo and Evan help Ben to try and clear his name and at the same time they are surprised to see a woman who is at the station regarding a lost mobile phone, kiss Ben.
He explains she is Angela, his first wife from a three week teenage marriage. Her parents forced them to divorce but they have always loved each other. The Heelers are surprised about this layer to Ben's personality. Chloe's mother and father, Michael, arrive back to meet with Rusty and her story seems to have changed. PJ takes Ben home when it is suggested he have some time off and they find Angela there. She found out where he lived in exchange for giving Chris all the goss on their marriage. Ben invites her to stay (which only seems fair being PJ has brought home Liz a lot, and he let Jo move in) and PJ reluctantly agrees.
Ray, the coach who was on leave, returns and is angered at Ben, and attacks him but PJ manages to convince him not to file charges. Jo is worried for Ben when the Heelers realise a young Angela looked like Chloe, which could mean he did in fact like her. One of Chloe's friends claim she is also sleeping with Ben but Jo goes undercover and disproves this - finding out she only did that because she wanted attention as Chloe gets all the attention from Ray.
As the Heelers arrive at Jo, PJ and Ben's for a dinner with Angela, they discover Chloe has arrived and wants to talk to Ben. Jo and Evan realise she is being abused by someone and at first they suspect her father. But soon suspicion turns to Ray and Ben has to use everything he has to convince Chloe to tell the truth.
In the end, everyone is pleased - particularly Rusty who doesn't have to call in Draper; and Ben who gets to spend time with Angela. Until they are interrupted by someone claiming to be her husband... Add a recap »

- Angela's maiden name must be White, because that's what Ben calls her when he sees her enter the station. Therefore, her husband's name can't be White, because she got married to him. Ben didn't know she had remarried, so he would only have called her by her maiden name. Therefore, Ritchie's last name should be something else. edit »
- While PJ is interviewing Gretel Wagner, who was supposedly involved with Ben, he calls her Chloe (The name of the girl who accuses Ben of assualt). "Chloe, you've never been in his car..." edit »
