Not much of the BH cast is going anywhere atm. A few have appeared on H&A and neighbours but this is probably a bad thing.

Simon McAullay- Her career is almost down the toilet. She's been in hiding for a year but has now emerged to join Home and Away. Not looking good when actors have to join these types of shows to further their careers.

    Rachel Gordon- See above.

John Wood- His lack of acting ability is starting to show. Stage shows and hosting lifestyle shows is all he can muster right now. His career could be over.

Paul Bishop- Is he still alive? I haven't heard or seen anything of this bloke for about 3 years now. He needs to look at another line of work.

    Rupert Reid- See above.

Ditch Davey- You know your career is in the **** when you get the ass from being a voice over guy. He's still young but things aren't looking good.

Julie Nihill- Her career is in the toilet. It's over.

Jane Allsopp- What's she doing? Haven't heard about her for about 3 years.

Martin Sacks- Not a bad actor but it seems like people have forgotten about him. It isn't looking good.

Despite a fewof these actors dissapearing, Matt Holmes, Lisa McCune and Will McInnes are still around the place and doing quite well.

I see careers flourishing, not stalling! I have seen plenty of the old heelers cast members appearing here and there with most of their careers are progressing just fine.

Jane Allsop - Just appeared in The King alongside Stephen Curry, she played Noelene Brown. Quite an important role and a definite step forward in her acting career. Jane has a son and has been playing Mum for a while. She has also been involved in playwriting, releasing her own script, Willow Boy.

Martin Sacks - Works on directing and writing. He also directed an episode of All Saints not long ago. Another career taking off. He was in something recently, or upcoming maybe, can't remember what it was though...

Simone McAullay - hardly a career down the toilet. A role on Home & Away isn't bad. I know she also went to New York to try the audition circuit. Any role on a new show they have yet to be on or a new character to playis exactly why they are actors! As if you would turn down any chance to work on good drama in Oz. Any work they do is challenging as it involves new people, new situations and new roles.

Rachel Gordon - On Home And Away, also on Neighbours, she has also been travelling overseas and broadening her acting talents with auditions in New York. Rachel has done guest appearances presenting for Qld Weekender and some theatre work since her Blue Heelers days.

John Wood- Has had an amazing career! Recently he has performed in theatre as many others have, yet another avenue for great actors. He owns a winery and devotes a lot of his time to his other passions...well deserved I say.

Paul Bishop - I saw Paul not long ago in a play. He also does a lot of theatre.

Caroline Craig - Now teaches at NIDA, training young budding actors. As well as having other roles, one in the ABC's Bastard Boys and she alsoappeared ina movie which aired on SBS.

Rupert Reid - We don't hear much about him because he has moved to America. He was in the matrix and a few other movies.

Ditch Davey - Apart from Police Files Unlocked, I'm not sure what he's been doing. A few guest appearances on our Aussie dramas.

Julie Nihill - Has always worked in theatre, so I assume she is involved in that area.

There's so much variedwork out there for our Aussie actors, not just on the popular TV shows, There's plenty that goes on behind the scenes too. Good luck to them all in their chosen avenues!

John Wood is travelling around Victoria performing in a play called 'The Club' at the moment. Also I think I saw Jane Allsop in Neighbours.

Grant Bowler is also doing quite well. He's the host of one of the most popular show's on television.

Has anyone seen any episodes of City Homicide? There are soooo many actors who appeared on BH. One of the main characters, Matt Ryan, appeared in episode 52 of BH.

There have also been appearances from the actors who played......

    -Compo Hayes

    -Mick Doyle

    - That Roman bloke who dated Maggie

-The guy from Human services with black hair who appearedin a few episodes in 1998.

I know! They guy who plays Matt on City Homicide played Cal Millich who threatened Jo and was a suspect for the station bombingon BH. There are so many from BH. It was funny seeing the guy who did Compo

And the Superintendant(?) guy on CH was Charie Biden in 'Another Day At The Office' on BH.

The woman who played Ben's sister and the girl PJ dated in season 9 is Duncan's fiance on CH too.

Well someone said Rupert Reid was in America, though recently he's done a cereal add in Oz, so I think it's safe to assume, 1. that he isn't in America and 2. his career is in the toilet.

I'll have to agree with that! It's not a good sign!

Quite a few BH actors have been appearing in the new show 'Underbelly' and doing quite well. Caroline Craig and Martin Sacks especially.

Rachel Gordon is on Home and Away. Is currently doing the Great Walk to Beijing 08 to raise money for cancer and it was invitation only, pretty cool don't you think? And when she comes back from that, she goes straight into rehearsals for 'Boeing Boeing' which starts showing at the Comedy Theatre in Melbourne on the June 7th. Stalling? I don't think so!! More like accelerating!!!
