This episode explores all sorts of games, from hide-and-seek to board games. Steve plays hide-and-seek with Blue, but we help him to find her when she hides behind the laundry basket. Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper have fun playing checkers. Oftentimes, games require a lot of thinking, like with a puzzle and we help Shovel and Pail to solve a jigsaw puzzle by finding the pieces they need to finish it. In one case, a piece doesn't seem to fit, but we find that by turning it around the right way, it goes in to complete the puzzle. Later, we meet Gingerbread Boy, who gives us a piece of paper with directions to his house. Steve and Blue skidoo into the gameboard where he lives, but Steve forgets the piece of paper. Fortunately, we've made up a song that contains the directions so with the help of the song we manage to make it to Gingerbread Boy's house.
