Today is Blue's Big Costume Party and everyone is coming over to celebrate in all sorts of neat costumes. Steve has gotten dressed up too - he's a green, multi-eyeballed alien who also talks in a funny voice. We observe closely and find out that Blue has dressed up as fish, but Magenta looks to be... herself. It would seem that she needs a costume. Looking closely, we also figure out the costumes of some of our other friends such as Slippery Soap. We play a game called Monster Toss in which we have to count bags in cauldrons to figure out which has more. Later, we skiddoo into Boo's haunted house, where we hunt for someone named Oogulah Boogulah, who's left us riddles to help us find her. Using our observation skills, we find her and receive a special gift. Later, after everyone is dressed up in their costumes, they play a game called costume limbo, which happens to be Mailbox's favorite.
