We head for the Blue's Clues house and hear Steve inside saying "Alley alley, oop, front door!" It turns out that Steve and Blue have created a game called "Alley, Alley, Oop" in which they yell that and then touch things. We do this with the Thinking Chair and then try for the snack table, but Paprika shows up and tells us to "shh." It turns out that Mr. Salt and Mrs. Peppers' new baby, Cinnamon, is sleeping. If we're loud like that, we could wake him up. Steve agrees that we should be quiet, but now how will we play the game? Steve thinks that maybe if we can change something that we're doing, then maybe there's a way we can still play. He wonders what and we suggest that we could just play quietly. It works nicely and Mr. Salt thanks us for being quiet. Steve suggests that perhaps there's something we can do to help out with thaking care of Cinnamon. Side Table Drawer provides something that's sure to help - a rattling effect added to Steve's notebook. We get a call from Mr. Salt and find him in the bathroom, where Cinnamon is having a bath. Slippery is helping out, but there's a problem because his fast slipping motions are scaring Cinnamon. So we suggest that he change - move slowly and carefully. This works and Cinnamon is soon cooing happily. Then, it's time for Cinnamon's nap, but there's a stiff wind blowing into the house and it's making Cinnamon cold since she just had a bath. The problem is easy to fix - we just close the window to keep out the wind. Side Table Drawer sings Cinnamon a lullaby, but quietness comes into play again: she's too loud at first. By quieting down the tone, she's able to lull Cinnamon to sleep. Then, a change is made with Cinnamon - Paprika wants to play music, so Cinnamon is moved to a different place to sleep. Later, we skiddoo over to Baby Bear's place, where we find that Baby Bear is now Big Sister Bear with a brother, Baby Baby Bear. Baby Baby Bear is moving into her room and Big Sister Bear is upset because he takes a dinosaur toy of hers and breaks it. It's fixable, but we recommend taking it away so he can't break it anymore. This upsets him, but another toy is able to calm him down. Finally, we suggest placing the toy on a high shelf so that he can't break it again. Big Sister Bear agrees, calilng it her "special shelf."
