Steve says that he's pretending to be an airplane, but as we watch him wave his arms about and whistle, it becomes obvious that he's actually pretending to be a bird. It turns out that there's lots of pretending going on at the Blue's Clues house. As we search around for clues, we come across a couple of birds. They've been pretending to see things in the clouds. We look and are able to see things like a star and a fish. We find that Shovel and Pail are pretending too - they're playing house. Shovel's pretending to be a father and Pail's pretending be a mother. Blue joins in as the baby and Steve and us agree to be helpers. We help out in figuring out that a box is a good choice for a pretend house and then we pretend to feed baby Blue spaghetti and meatballs, using yarn and little blocks to represent it. Later, we skidoo into a picture of a jungle. There, we find several animals and using their descriptions, we help them find their friends.
