Steve makes a very important announcement. He's going to college, something which he's always wanted to do. Everyone is sad to hear that he's leaving, but he reveals that his brother Joe is going to stay to take care of and play with everyone. He's not leaving right away though, as he still has packing to do, among other things. He also skiddoos into a picture of college to show everyone the great classes he'll be taking and what things will be like for him there. While he's doing that, everyone else busy setting up a secret goodbye party.
In this episode, Joe plays Blue's Clues for his first time on his own with his new notebook to figure out something that Blue wants to give to Steve to take to college. The three clues in this episode are:

Later, Joe is settled in and he gets a phone call. It's from Steve. Steve says that he misses us, but tells us to have fun and to take of Joe because Joe needs help sometimes, just like him.
