We zoom in on the Blue's Clues house, looking to come inside, but Steve meets us outside. He takes us to the backyard, where it seems that Blue has found a mysterious box. Blue and Steve speculate about what could be inside - Steve hopes it's a rocketship. Blue opens it and finds, to Steve's disappointment, that it's empty. He suggests that they'll have to play something else, like backgammon, but Blue puts on a helmet and pretends that the box is a rocketship. Steve joins in, realizing that Blue has found a great way to use the box. In this episode, we find all sorts of uses for the box. Steve has fun driving it around as a car. Shovel and Pail find it and use it to pretend that they're rowing a boat, then as a firetruck to put out fires and finally as a restaurant. Later, in the Blue Skiddoo segment, we get a call from a mysterious friend in a high tower. We use the box to cross a wide path and then a snowy hill and finally imagine it to be an elevator so that we don't have to use the stairs to reach the top of the high tower.
