Steve invites us in, saying that he and Blue are building things. He's wearing a toolbelt and we go and check out a neat little domino sculpture that Blue has created. She's set it up so that when she knocks it over, a bell rings. In this episode, we explore construction, measurements and contraptions. We spot some popsicle sticks, who are using themselves to make pictorial representations of things. We watch as they create a ladder, an umbrella and finally a truck. Later, we help out Shovel and Pail who are creating dribble sand castles. They're having an argument over which is taller. We observe and Blue measures the two castles with her ears and we figure out that Shovel's is definitely taller. Pail doesn't think this is fair and so we help out to make Pail's castle even with Shovel's. We stop Pail when we think that they're even and then Blue measures with her ears again, just to check. Then, in the Blue Skidoo segment, we help out Tink, who has been flung all the way out of her world and into Steve's hands. Once we make it into her world, we have to get all the way to the bottom, using a series of contraptions. We first swing across a bridge with a rope. We then head down to the next level on an elevator. We next find a wheel that we have to turn to create a path, but we can't reach it. Blue, fortunately, has a wheel-turning contraption and she uses it to create the path and we move on. After taking another elevator, we find the flinger contraption, but it's still too far down to reach. So we place a heavy object on one end and that makes the other end high enough to reach. We hop on and are flung right out of the world before we even have a chance to skidoo out properly.
