A rare episode in which the letter in the Mailtime segment doesn't end with "Bye, Steve!"
(edit)
Although Steve is correct that you can use the fingers on your left hand to make an "L" facing you, you would need your right hand to make an "L" facing anyone else - which, if placed on your forehead, would be the way to sign for "loser."
(edit)
This episode also appears in online listings as "Learning a New Game."

Angela Santomero is credited as Angela C. Santomero.

Mailtime Segment: Mailbox has a game, he's thinking of a number between one and three and wants Steve to guess what it is. He asks for our help and is supplied with the correct answer, "two," thus winning his letter. In the letter, two girls are playing a matching card game that features pictures of the Blue's Clues characters. After finding Tickety Tock at the top right, one of the girls is happy to remember that when she later finds the other card of Tickety Tock. It's a match!
