Angela: (reading the year book in the time capsule) "Have a great summer. Don't ever change." Remember those days?
Cam: I remember being grounded every weekend ... so many rules to break, so little time ...
Hodgins: You were the nerds' fantasy! (edit) Booth: There was this girl Karen Isley, and we were under the bleachers one night ... personally.
Bones: I got it. You were having sex in the dirt under the bleachers.
Booth: Excuse me, I'm a gentleman. I brought my sleeping bag. (edit) Brennan: I saw Matthew McConaughey once in a movie on a plane. Very silly. But I was quite taken with his musculature. (edit) Hodgins: C'mon. When you can ladle someone he's a little less than a person, don't you think? (edit) Hodgins: Mullet alert! (edit)

Goof: Commodore Amiga did not use 5.25" floppy disks, it used 3.5" ones. One disk drive was built in, with the option of 3 more external ones. Even though it was possible to connect an external 5.25" drive, it wouldn't make sense to do so and use that to store a game, since 5.25" floppies had less space and were less reliable than 3.5" ones.
Also, in 1987 the highest Amiga model was the A500 (the Amiga used by Angela is an A1200), which did not have the power to run a 3-D Doom-clone game.
Furthermore, the Amiga was based on the 68000 series of processors, not the 6800 as Angela states.
The "prop" Amiga is actually a keyboard that was sat on top of the system unit from an original IBM PC-XT (5160). (edit) Goof: Dr. Hodgins said that the pesticide was sprayed on Thursday, June 14, 1987. That date was on a Sunday, not a Thursday. (edit)

Commodore Amiga:
The Amiga computer, the first multimedia home computer (with 4096 colors, 4-voice stereo audio, and a mouse/pointer desktop), was originally developed by a company named Amiga-Lorraine then sold to Commodore, a computer giant of the '80s. Development on the Amiga began in 1982 and still continues today thanks to a still-fervent community. (edit) One of the characters in this episode is named Gil Bates, who was going to start a business in video games and computing. This is an allusion to real-life computer entrepreneur and chairman of Microsoft Bill Gates. (edit)
