Goof: At the end of the episode when Booth and Brennan confront the suspect, her lawyer says the court wouldn't accept the forensic evidence. He says that the sample is too small to repeat the test and his client had a twin brother, which might suggest that Danny (the brother) could be the killer. This is not accurate, as Cam did the gender test and the result was female. (edit) We learn in this episode that there is a 5-year age gap between Brennan and Booth. (edit)

FBI Motor Tech: I blame the Stooges.

The Three Stooges were a set of Fox Studios comedy films that ran from 1930 to 1970. The actors were referred to as Larry, Moe, and Curly/Shemp. The acts usually contained exaggerated physical comedy (slapping, punching, hitting with different objects, etc.) and one-liners within nonsensical storylines. (edit)
