Denny: Women.
Alan: Can't live with them
Denny: Can't take them quail hunting. (edit) Alan: I realize that jurisdiction barriers are prohibitive. We don't let little things like the law stand in our way in this great country. The law for example recognizes the Geneva Convention, but we say the hell with it. The law has very strict regulations on domestic wire-tapping, we say the hell with it. The law says if you shoot someone with a shotgun mistaking him for a quail, you should call the police. (edit) Jerry: (to Shirley) My hopes are so high, I have to do a higher hop just to see them! (edit) Denny: This is America. Human rights are so yesterday here. (edit) Denny: (to Bethany) Alright, don't tell me. Denny I never want to see you again... The little ones are the most unstable. (edit)

This episode features a unique opening credits sequence, with Jerry singing the Boston Legal theme song along with the actual music. A few character shots of the main cast are replaced by images of Jerry singing, continuing the scene from the teaser. One character shot of Candice Bergen is replaced by her character's reaction to Jerry's singing.
(edit)
When Alan leaves Judge Folger's chambers, he puts a cushion on a chair with one of the corners sticking upwards. But in the next shot, the cushion's position changes to resting on its side.
(edit)
Before the opening credits when Jerry is talking to Shirley, the position of documents on Shirley's desk change between shots.
