I'd say Twiki. Once he began talking in the second episode, he started to grow on me.

Twiki was my favorite back then. I loved and still do robots. I never understood why his "son" was so less advanced looking.
If I saw it for the first time today I'd probably pick Wilma.

I would pick Wilma if she was wearing her spandex clothing. To this day, my heart start beating when I see her in her tight clothes. I also love Buck, Hawk, Dr. Huer, Twiki and Dr. Goodfellow.
