Due to a "diplomatic faux pas" with the Porcelon Ambassadorial Delegates, Team Lightyear is delegated to traffic duty. They spot a large freighter going almost the speed of light, that isn't responsive to hails. The freighter slams into, and destroys, the resort moon Sand De Soleil, and continues on towards the sun of Capital Planet.

Introductory Odd Bit: Buzz activates helmet and wings; all the other toys are bowled over by the wings
(edit)
Buzz: Ahem. Rangers, cat got your your tongue?
Mira: No, not at all. I'm just feeling a little flushed. I mean-- Ooooh, craters.
XR: Mira! Please, sir, you'll have to excuse her potty mouth.
Ambassador: Sir, are you insulting us?!
Buzz: Mira! XR! Put a lid on it!
Ambassador: Why, you are insulting us!
Buzz: No, Mr. Ambassador, we meant no disrespect.
Booster: Sorry I'm late; the restroom on this floor is broken. Ohhh, thank goodness.
Buzz/Mira/XR: BOOSTER NOOOOO... (edit)

One scene has Buzz seated on the bridge of the alien ship, but wearing a Star Command cruiser seatbelt, complete with logo. He later activates the actual seatbelt which is clearly quite different. Also aliens wouldn't have a Star Command Logo on it at all because they are NOT Space Rangers.
