Samson and Raj both appear naked in this episode. Raj for the first time, Samson for the second time. (edit) It is revealed in this episode that Raj has two belly buttons and that all of the Camp Kidney campers (except for Raj and Samson,) have rashes on their butts!) Raj also claims that Samson has fat armpits, but whether or not Samson does have fat armpits or whether it was just an opinion of Raj is subject to debate. Edward: "I would rather read the phone book than to hear about...(in sarcastic voice) magical wood gnomes!!!
(Lazlo is seen smiling)

In the "There's no place like Gnome" segment, when Edward falls on his back crying after no one would help him, his head is detached from his body! (edit) Credits: Slinkman talks to the wood gnomes about how he told Edward the things that would happen to him if he got bit by a gnome. Meanwhile, Lumpus is outside being chased by a chair that he used to keep others away. (edit)

Edward: Dingle Dinglehopper...

The word 'dinglehopper' was used in the movie The Little Mermaid by the seagull, Scuttle, when he was telling Ariel what a fork was. (edit) The second title "Hot Spring Fever" is obviously a spoof of the made up illness spring fever. (edit) The title is a spoof of "There`s no place like home". (edit)
