CHARACTERS:
CAPTAIN CAVEMAN (voiced by Mel Blanc): He provides the muscle for the Teen Angels with an assortment of super powers as well as various stone age animals and gadgets contained in his fur and especially his power club.
THE TEEN ANGELS:
Dee Dee (voiced by Verne Watson) is the brainy African-American Angel best at finding clues and putting them together to solve the mysteries.
Brenda (voiced by Marilyn Schreffler) is the cowardly brunette, quickest to be scared when the Angels come close to solving mysteries as they might lead to danger.
Taffy (voiced by Laurel Page) is the laid-back blonde who's not afraid to use her charm and sex appeal, especially when getting Cavey to go into action. She's the one who usually comes up with the plan to catch the mystery villains, in what the others usually term "The Daffy Taffy Plan". When she gets an idea, she says her catch phrase which is one word: ZOWIE!!!

Seasons 2 originally aired on CBS in 1978, and season 3 also on CBS in 1980. Overall, there were 40 ten-minute episodes.
Captain Caveman appeared in two more Hanna-Barbera series; First, The Flintstone Frolics (1980), with his self-titled segments that featured Wilma and Betty as reporters for the Daily Granite, where Cavey worked under the guise of Chester the copy boy and later, The Flintstone Kids (1986-88) which also featured his son, Cavey Jr. fighting crime alongside his dad in the Captain Caveman and Son segments.
