The Angels are back again. This time with a new Bosley taking over for his brother. The angels must get two rings then put them together to find out the names of people in the Witness Protection Program. The angels go to the beach and try to find out who killed a witness. They lose their target but find out that he is going to the Coal Bowl Derby. When at the Coal Bowl, they find the man trying to kill a witness named Max. And suprisingly the Thin Man tries to save him. They later find out that Dylan was a witness named Helen Zaas who had a boyfriend in the O'Grady crime family who may have something to do with the crime.
