Piper cuts Billie's hand so that they can get infected with the virus to find Patient X. Billie is in pain, so Piper freezes her. If Piper freezes her, how did the sisters get infected with the virus? As stated in season 2 episode They're Everywhere, when Piper freezes a person, their blood is also frozen. If Billie's blood can't flow, how did the sisters get infected with the deadly virus? edit »
In a previous episode when Phoebe had her first vision of her daughter, the surroundings were of Utopia and that's what she told the Elders. Yet in this episode she has another vision with the same surroundings as the first time, but since they already rid themselves of the Avatars, Utopia would no longer exist thus changing the surroundings in her vision. edit »
TRIVIA: This is the last episode featuring Homeland Security and Agent Murphy. Although he is mentioned again in a later episode when the sisters need legal help. edit »
Billie is, technically, a good witch, so why did she freeze? This episode was long before she even thought about doing something evil, like attacking the sisters, but she didn't do that till later so she shouldn't have frozen in this episode. edit »

The Hulk Demon is played by the show's makeup artist Todd Tucker who also portayed the creature head demon that haunts Leo in season 7. edit »

This is a reference to the comic book character The Incredible Hulk which was also made into a TV series and a film. Plus it's also a reference to the common witch phrase "hocus pocus" referring to magic - which was also a film, "Hocus Pocus" starring Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy. edit »
