    Can anyone help me?

I used to watch a cartoon when I was a kid, there was a group of kids, three boys and a girl I think, and a dog, and when they fell asleep they became superheroes or police or something. I can't remember what it was called and it's been driving me INSANE!!

I think the best shows were Count Duckula, Hey Arnold, Dangermouse and The Fraggles!
