In the first chase scene, when a car jumps over another one, you can see the jump ramp.

The kid, Barry, shouts "I killed her, didn't I?" when Jon catches him. How does he know that only one woman was hurt? How could he be sure the passenger was a woman from his distance? Why didn't he say, "I killed them, didn't I?"

A doctor is the ambulance driver's boss? Aren't ambulances run by private companies or at least by someone that's not busy being a doctor?
