Born and raised in Canada, Chris Grove moved to Los Angeles in 1986 from New York City. His first professional acting gig was at the New York Shakespeare Festival in 1984, were he had a supporting role in "Henry V" with Kevin Kline. In addition to his TV credits, Chris has an impressive theater background. He trained at Circle-in-the-Square in New York with Nikos Psacharopolous and Michael Kahn and has worked Off-Broadway and numerous times at the Tony-winning Mark Taper Forum in L.A.
In addition to being an actor, at one time Chris was an award-winning TV reporter in Oregon. He graduated at the top of his class from the journalism department at the University of Southern California. To this day, he contributes print stories to a number of national and international publications. His wife Janet Borrus is an accomplished actress and writer.
