Tired of constantly being pushed around by others, the timid Otto Octavius has his robotic arms permanently attached to his back and becomes the deadly Doctor Octopus.
Clyde Kusatsu appears in one movie in which three other future voices for Avatar: The Last Airbender also play prominent roles. In The Perfect Weapon, Kusatsu (from the episode The Fortuneteller) plays a detective trying to solve the murder of Kim, played by Uncle Iroh's Mako. Dante Basco, also known as Prince Zuko, plays an orphan who is mentored by Kim. James Hong (from an episode called Avatar Day) plays a detective trying to solve the murder.
