Operation: U.T.O.P.I.A.:
Chester, who is now a scientist, creates a device called the Happy Headband. According to Chester, the Happy Headband is a mind control device that controls people as long as the headband is on the head. After building the device, Chester plans to sell it to make adults keep their kids "out of their hair". Suddenly, one of the KND operatives attack, but Chester becomes prepared for the battle, and shoots lasers. Numbuh 1 gets the Happy Headband and goes to the GARGOCYCLE. While flying, Chester chases him to get the headband back. Then, Chester shoots down Numbuh 1, who becomes unconscious. Numbuh 1 awakens on an island where he meets Katie, a pretty Hawaiian girl. Then, he asks her where they are, and Katie answers him that he landed on the perfect island. Katie gives Numbuh 1 a tour around the island. She tells Numbuh 1 about the island that lakes are made of soda, candy grows from trees, kids have birthday cake for dinner, and there are no adults whatsoever. When Numbuh 1 gets to the GARGOCYCLE to contact his team, he finds out that there is no signal. Numbuh 1 asks her for the location of his friends, and Katie takes him to a swimming pool. Then, Numbuh 1 became suspicious of how Katie knows his name. Numbuh 1 tells the team that there is something suspicious about Katie knowing his name, he doesn't have his boots, and he lost the Happy Headband. Numbuh 5 told him that the Happy Headband got lost in the water. When Numbuh 1 goes for a swim, he became suspicious that Numbuh 4 can swim, and tells the team that he can't swim. Then, Numbuhs 2, 3, 4, and 5 tell Numbuh 1 that he is right. Numbuh 1 finds out that Chester was controlling him all along, and Chester tells Numbuh 1 that the Happy Headband is on him. Suddenly, the faces of Numbuhs 2-5 turn into Chester's. Numbuh 1 exits and finds Katie, whose face turns into Chester to lead him to his doom. When Numbuh 1 passes through Katie, she clones herself to get Numbuh 1. When Numbuh 1 gets to the GARGOCYCLE, Chester's face appears at the machine, and it moves to tell him that there are no jets in his virtual world. Then, Numbuh 1 flies away by using his rocket boots, and broke under the control. Numbuh 1 charges at Chester to put the device on his head. Chester got cornered around the machines. Suddenly, Chester gets mad, and grabs Numbuh 1 by the foot. Then, he spins Numbuh 1 faster and slams him to a golden wall. When Chester goes at the wall, he finds out that he is at the National Villains Bank and all of the villains congratulate him for Numbuh 1's defeat. Mr. Boss gives Chester a million dollar check for defeating Numbuh 1. It was revealed that Chester is now under the control of the Happy Headband. When Sector V was about to leave Chester's lair, Numbuh 4 turns the machine on Chester from happy to sadness. Then, Chester found out that the check is gone, and realized that he was controlled by the Happy Headband. Stuck, Chester orders the KND to remove the device from his head.

Operation: R.O.B.B.E.R.S.: Numbuh 4 and Numbuh 5 are waiting at the bus stop waiting for the school bus to arrive. Numbuh 4 sings a goofy song about going to school. Numbuh 5 tells him to stop singing and ask since when has he been looking forward to going to school? Numbuh 4 replies by saying that the spelling homework he did is 110% A+ material! The school bus arrives and Numbuh 4 tells Numbuh 5 that he will let her copy his homework so that she will get good grades like him. Numbuh 5 looks at the work and says that Numbuh 4 can't even spell his own number! She asks him if he did the work because he likes the teacher. Numbuh 4 blushes and says that that's not true, he did the homework for educational purposes! The scene then switches to the Six-Gum Gang standing on a slope. The leader orders the others to mount their horse rockets. They then break into the school bus and announces that this is a stick-up, everybody is to freeze and put their hands in the air. A nerd then says that it is impossible for people to freeze and put their hands in the air (putting your hands in the air needs motion, while freezing implies a lack of motion). To shut him up, a gang member shoots gum in his hair. Everybody then starts handing over their homework except Numbuh 4 who is still working on it. The gang leader then grabbed Numbuh 4's homework and says that it has many spelling mistakes. Numbuh 4 grabs it back and says that his homework is 120% A+ material. The gang leader grabs it back and says "Great! Just what the boss needs." Numbuh 4 threatens the gang leader to give his homework back or else. He is grabbed by a large gang member who replies "Or else what?" Numbuh 5 then offers her homework to the gang member if he puts Numbuh 4 down. The gang member asks Numbuh 5 if she would give him a kiss instead of giving him her homework. Numbuh 5 pulls out the S.P.L.A.N.K.E.R. (Solid Pine Loaded Artillery Nicely Kicks Enemy Rear) and whacks the gang member's face with it. The gang member falls over. The gang leader, sees this and runs off. Numbuh 4 then chases after the gang leader, wanting his homework back. Numbuh 4 and the gang leader climbs up to the roof of the school bus. Numbuh 4 tells the gang leader that he will kick his BAQT (correct spelling: BUTT)! As Numbuh 4 chases the leader, Numbuh 5 takes care of the rest of the bandits onboard the bus. During their fight, the gang leader and Numbuh 4 crash into the bus. The gang leader unties his friends and take off with the homework. In class, the teacher is mad at the students for not doing their homework, although she's delighted to see the Delightful Children from Down the Lane finished their homework. The Delightful Children tell the teacher they love doing homework, that they did it 60 times (judging by this, all of you KND fans might say the Delightful Children were the ones behind the robbery). As the teacher looks at the work they stole, she says it's a 100% piece of junk (the paper she was looking at was Numbuh 4's homework). The teacher gives the Delightful Children detention and says that the homework is lousy. Numbuh 5 grins craftily, but Numbuh 4 is disappointed that his homework is lousy.
