It's difficult to decide. I don't really know what's considered hot in Hollywood these days, but in my opinion, having skin so pale as to be almost see-through is not something to be desired. Not only does it make her look seriously washed out in half her scenes, but it's not healthy either; not getting enough sun can cause vitamin D deficiency. However, it's entirely possible to be beautiful without being hot, and she is certainly very beautiful.

I'd kill to have her skin. Theres a difference between pasty pale and porclein pale. I don't think her skin looks unhealthy.

No her skin looks fine, it's the white makeup they slop on her that kind of makes her look like a ghost at times.
