Geraldine: Coffee or tea, sir?
Det. Vera: (looking amused) Sir! (edit) Det. Scotty Valens: Did she have enemies?
Scott: Yeah. We called them employees. (edit) Det. Nick Vera: 24 is pretty young to have a bad ticker.
Det. Scottie Valens: I guess it happens, but so does poison. (edit)

Malvinder says his marriage was arranged and Det. Valens asks if "they're still doing that". Actually, the majority of marriages in India are arranged. Marriages based on romance ("love matches") do exist in India, but they are controversial in many areas.

Nitpick: They asked the venture capitalist if he was worried about "all the millions he put in". He said no, that the venture capital business was all about risk. However:
1) He only put up one million; by the time they needed further funding, they were ready for the IPO.
2) The venture capital would almost certainly have been recovered from the sale of a chunk of his stock as soon as the IPO was complete -- that's how most venture capital funders work. (edit) When shifting through the financial records, Det. Jeffries remarks "This is worse than those poems last year." This is possibly a reference to episode 2-22: Best Friends. (edit) Amy Lind was killed on May 7, 1999. (edit)
