Online TV is changing comedy in a way that may not necessarily be appreciated right now, but surely will be in some years to come. Youtube's a really great source of comedy these days, much of it made independently. Check out:

    Paul and Will

    Jon la Joie

    Clark and Michael

    Reckless Tortuga

    A Lonely Island

Community! I just discovered this show accidently, and it is HILARIOUS. I had never watched it before because the premise didn't sound too exciting, but I recently found out that it is an excellent, excellent show. If you love Big Bang, Arrested Development, or Chuck, I'll love Community. Give it a shot!

Community and Modern Family. Quite a contrast but it's both funny in different ways.

I personally like Are We There Yet on TBS with Terry Crews. The dude is always funny. The show is in it's second season. The comedy is definitely solid as you can see from this clip:http://turnerinfluencernetwork.com/ct.php?ctaid=1573

I actually work for the marketing company that is doing the campaigning for this season for TBS(as well as last season), and being exposed to the show at work has actually turned me on to it's charm. Here's the show's website for those interested:http://www.tbs.com/shows/arewethereyet/

A pretty funny clip from Conan with Ice Cube promoting Are we There Yet:
