Here's a list (not counting New York, Chicago, or Los Angeles) a few of us came up with on a blog I wrote a couple of years ago.

INDIANAPOLIS - "One Day at a Time"
    BOSTON - "Cheers"
HONOLULU - "The Little People/The Brian Keith Show" (this was kind of a "dramedy" but it was a half hour show usually classified as comedy)
CLEVELAND - "The Drew Carey Show"
SAN FRANCISCO - "Full House", "Phyllis", "Mama", "The Doris Day Show" (69-70 only), "Nobody's Perfect", Too Close for Comfort"
MINNEAPOLIS - "The Mary Tyler Moore Show"
    PHOENIX - "Alice"
    SEATTLE - "Frasier"
    BALTIMORE - "Hot L Baltimore"
    BUFFALO - "Buffalo Bill", "Jesse"
MILWAUKEE - "Happy Days", "Laverne and Shirley"
PHILADELPHIA - "Boy Meets World", "Angie", "Amen", "The Tony Randall Show"
    CINCINNATI - "WKRP in Cincinnati"
    BOULDER - "Mork and Mindy"
PITTSBURGH - "Mr. Belvedere", "Rollergirls", "Hope & Gloria", "Back To You"
    LAS VEGAS - "Blansky's Beauties"
    COLUMBUS - "Family Ties"
    ATLANTA - "Designing Women"
MIAMI - "The Golden Girls", "Empty Nest"
    HOUSTON - "Reba"
    WASHINGTON DC - "Murphy Brown"
    DETROIT - "Home Improvement"

For Detroit, I would add Martin, 8 Simple Rules, Freaks & Greeks, and Sister Sister.

For Seattle, I would add iCarly.

For Boston, I would add The Suite Life of Zack & Cody

I would also add San Diego and put Drake & Josh.
