    I watch a lot of them and some of these were my favourite shows. Personally I would rearrange the list and put the following at the lower end of the list;

    Everybody Loves Raymond
    The Office
    That 70's Show

    I would move these up;
    The Bernice Mac Show
    Reba
    George Lopez T
    he King of Queens

Why is one the best shows ever at number 20?
Yet Two and A Half men manages to make it into a top 20 list. I would put 20, and that would only be if there were only 20 sitcoms of the 2000s.

Scrubs would be No# 1 - surprised it didn't even make your top 20...

scrubs has become way too formulaic, first two season were good, from then on just became the same. Plus the serious moments just got too much in the end.

Can't believe you said that, because the best season was the third actually.
And yet, it is still better than 16 shows on that top 20. At least it should be 4th. No argument, one of the best sitcoms of all time. Arrested Development should be #1, how on Earth are Raymond and Will & Grace above?!!

Not even having Scrubs in the top 20 is a disgrace. Two and a Half Men, Reba, My Wife and ids, King of Queens, Everybody Loves Raymond, Malcom in the Middle, George Lopez, According to Jim and Bernie Mac = all VERY lame. Will and Grace and Sex and the City are chick shows. Scrubs might have gone downhill a little starting in season 6, but the first 5 seasons are GOLD. It's #1 in my opinion. I can understand if you don't have it in the top 5, or even top 10. But to not even have it on the list, and have shows lie According to Jim and Bernie Mac on instead is laughable.

It's cool that you liked a bunch of generic family sitcoms, but to call Scrubs formulaic in the presence of your picks is a stretch. And I don't even like Scrubs that much.

    1) Peep Show

    2) Curb Your Entusiasm

    3) It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia

    4) Arrested Developement

    5) Summer Heights High

    6) The Office (US)

    7) The IT Crowd

    30 Rock

    9) My Name is Earl

    10) The Office (UK)

    11) Friends

    12) Spaced

    13) Weeds

    14) Frasier

    15) Malcolm in the Middle

    16) That 70's Show

    17) We Can Be Heroes

    1 King of Queens

    19) Everybody Loves Raymond

    20) The Drew Carey Show

If I was to include animation then The Simpsons, Futurama, South Park, Sealab 2021, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and Squidbillies would have to be inserted somewhere above.

The OP isn't saying these are the top 20 BEST, just his personal favorites.

...because otherwise I'd say, "Curb at 20 and Reba on the list at all? You're crazy!"

I can imagine how someone could see all of the below as lame, though I personally like a few of them. However, Malcolm in the Middle was fantastic by any objective standard.
