Conan is famously known to own a 1992 Ford Taurus SHO. (edit) The 54th and 58th Primetime Emmy Awards were both hosted by Conan O'Brien. (edit) Because Conan is an avid guitarist, after Bruce Springsteen appeared on Late Night, O'Brien joined with the Max Weinberg 7 and played acoustic guitar and backup vocals for the song, "Pay Me My Money Down". (edit) During a December 4, 2006 sketch, Conan ad libbed the then-fictional website, "hornymanatee.com", and because the site did not previously exist, NBC purchased the domain for $159, gaining all rights to the site for ten years. (edit) In an emotional first episode of Late Night after September 11, 2001, Conan told of how he prayed for the first time in eight years, the last time being after it was announced he would succeed David Letterman as host of the show.
