Conchita was born in Suriname, South America. The youngest of seven children of Franklin Leeflang, and Ursila Leeflang Playfair, Conchita grew up in a very loving artistic Family.

Conchita's Father was a Politician. First the Minister of Internal Affairs and Justice, The temporary Prime Minister. And she moved to Belgium where he was the Ambassador from Suriname. Conchita was a model in Belgium, but also started singing, and made several hit records. Two of her records hit gold. She did a song with a Belgian singer Plastic Bertrand, who had the hit song "CA Plein Pour Moi". Conchita is trained by the acting coach to the stars Aaron Speiser.


She is now recording her new album, and she can not wait for it to be released.
