Ben Porter, who played William Grey in the Pilot, is here replaced by Tim Killick playing Armus Grey, who returns from the Crusades just as his younger brother departs. It was judged by producers that the three brothers appeared too alike in the pilot episode and so William was written out and Armus created. [edit]
