Floyd Malcolm, a sexually depressed black man with a criminal history, hears his boss make a racist remark in his presence. In revenge, he later abducts and rapes his wife. The police believe the husband's cleaner is responsible, but Fitz proves them wrong. Tom Graham (husband of the rape victim) beats up the cleaner for revenge (or, as Fitz says, "To prove you're still a man!" after being humiliated due to the rape) and is apprehended. Later on in the show, Sgt. Penhaligon ,having said earlier to Beck that she "fantasizes about rape", is raped as well.
